Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 17, 2026
1. Who we are
Fransemann (“the Service”) is a private, personal system operated by its owner (“the Operator”, “we”, “us”). It is not a commercial product. Access is restricted to individuals who have been explicitly granted permission by the Operator. This policy explains what information the Service collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
When you are granted access and sign in, the Service may collect:
- Account information via Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and profile picture, as provided by your Google Account.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, and timestamps recorded in standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
- Content you create: any data you choose to store on the Service while using it.
- Google account data used by automations: data from Google services that you explicitly authorize the Service to access, as described in section 4.
The Service does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
3. How we use your information
Information is used solely to:
- authenticate you and verify that you have permission to access the Service;
- operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
- communicate with you about your access, if necessary.
We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or use it to build profiles for any purpose unrelated to operating the Service.
4. Google user data
The Service includes n8n fransemann, a personal workflow automation application that uses Google Sign-In for authentication and may connect to Google APIs (such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or Sheets) to run automations. Access to Google account data is requested only for the specific scopes shown on the Google consent screen at the time of authorization, and only for accounts that have explicitly granted it. Google user data is processed solely to run the automations the account holder has set up or agreed to.
Fransemann’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the authentication and access-control features described above. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred to third parties except as required to operate the Service or comply with applicable law.
5. How we share information
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:
- with infrastructure providers (such as hosting or domain services) strictly as needed to run the Service;
- when required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process;
- to protect the security or integrity of the Service.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored on a privately operated server. Access to that server is restricted to the Operator. Connections to the Service are encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS). While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data retention and deletion
Personal information is retained only for as long as you have access to the Service, or as long as needed for security logging. You may at any time:
- request that your account information and any data associated with you be deleted by contacting the Operator at the address below;
- revoke the Service’s access to your Google Account via Google Account permissions.
Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and access is not granted to them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page, with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Contact
For any questions about this policy, or to exercise your rights regarding your data, contact the Operator at privacy@fransemann.no.
